 WYS Challeger Summer Camp
 
WYS welcomed another season of British Soccer Camp.  This year it was held durning the week of July 9th – July 13th.   Challenger Camp’s offers a great opportunity for your children to improve not only on their skills but on 5 characteristics as well.  Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Leadership and Sportsmanship!

1) Wrentham Y.S. Medical release form ( See below)
2) Health & Immunization Records from past 24 month

$5 per registration will go to Wrentham Recreation for use of fields
This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by the local board of health.
**In order to complete the registration please submit copies of your childs current (past 24 months) physical and immunization records.
